Student Accounts Specialist

Providing operational and customer service support, the part-time Student Accounts Specialist will manage student account transactions, assist with payment processing, and support data validation during the University's Workday Student implementation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Process student account transactions and assist with scholarship, waiver, and payment processing
Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries from students, families, and staff, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies
Support the Workday implementation by validating student account information and participating in data cleanup activities

Required qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service within a professional office environment
Experience processing financial transactions or performing accounting functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to learn new software systems and business processes quickly
