Premiere Pro Editor and Content ideation

Location: Melbourne, FL, US. Full‑time on‑site position offered by ECDT.
Responsibilities

Edit long‑form and short‑form YouTube videos (5‑15min, light edits) with a strong focus on viewer retention, education and storytelling.
Brainstorm and contribute new video ideas, hooks, and content angles.
Help improve titles, thumbnails, and overall packaging.
Identify ways to increase engagement, watch time, and audience retention.
Stay up to date on YouTube trends and continuously bring fresh creative ideas.
Ideal Candidate

Passionate about YouTube and content creation. Understands what makes viewers keep watching. Comfortable giving creative feedback, challenging ideas, and taking ownership while continuously improving content. Familiarity with

Pay

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour.
