2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA. This role supports a fast‑paced food and beverage manufacturing environment producing high‑quality flavor and ingredient solutions, including pastes, purées, extracts, concentrates, syrups, and custom blends. The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing operations, support a small production team, and help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule goals are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate second‑shift production activities to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and daily output goals.

Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 7 production employees during the shift.

Monitor workflow, staffing, production priorities, and equipment performance to maintain schedule adherence.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food manufacturing standards, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Identify and resolve production issues quickly to reduce downtime and maintain efficient operations.

Maintain accurate production records, including output, labor hours, material usage, and shift updates.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28 to $35 per hour.

Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Must be able to train on 1st shift.

Location: Oxnard, CA.

For temporary assignments of 13 weeks or longer, major medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and statutory sick pay are provided.
