Role Description
The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in North Augusta, SC. This position supports local sales and marketing efforts by coordinating outreach activities, managing event logistics, and assisting with promotional campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing community events, preparing marketing materials, maintaining prospect and resident databases, and supporting tours and presentations for prospective residents and families. The coordinator collaborates closely with the sales team, responds to inquiries, tracks lead activity, and helps ensure consistent communication and branding. This role also involves basic administrative support related to marketing and sales reporting.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills to interact with residents, families, and community partners, and to create clear, professional materials.

Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-up activities, and conversion of prospects to residents.

Event planning skills to organize, schedule, and execute on-site and community outreach events.

Project management skills to coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, track timelines, and manage details efficiently.

Basic proficiency in office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.

An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
