Summary
As the CRM Manager for Professional & Consumer Marketing, you will lead the campaign workstream for our Professional audience while scaling our overarching Consumer (CCX) & Professional (PCX) Growth & Intelligence program. You will report to the Sr. Director, DTC & Consumer Engagement, manage the Professional workstream, and help identify and activate synergies between professional and consumer audiences to drive advocacy, unified brand loyalty, and increased lifetime value in support of the company’s 2030 vision.
Responsibilities
Campaign Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and optimize professional audience touchpoints in email.
Journey Development: Develop end-to-end professional journeys, including onboarding, clinical education, retention, and re-engagement tracks with the Professional Marketing team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with the Professional Marketing team and coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Global Technology, and Global Enterprise Oral Care to ensure alignment.
Agency Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external agency partners; manage workflows, briefs, and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery, on-time execution, and budget alignment.
Intelligence & Personalization: Support leveraging first-party data to build segmentation models and personalized activation programs for dental professionals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor program health and provide data-driven insights; refine tactics to improve engagement and ensure CRM programs evolve with business needs.
Cross-Channel Synergy: Identify opportunities where professional advocacy can drive consumer acquisition and create pathways between professional and consumer audiences.
CDP Migration Project Lead: Own the migration of professional data into Data Cloud; direct agencies and technical teams to meet segmentation use cases, while collaborating with CCX and B2B leadership to harmonize data models.
Tech Stack Optimization: Work with Global Technology and agencies to leverage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) to support engagement goals.
Required Qualifications
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation, ideally in a high-volume or complex environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Strategic Mindset: Align CRM efforts with broader business goals and use data insights to inform decisions
Technical Literacy: Proficiency with enterprise ESPs/CRMs (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and understanding of data architecture, segmentation, and API integrations
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work across cross-functional teams to find common goals and drive efficiencies
Resilient Problem-Solver: Maintain momentum amid shifting priorities or constraints
Project Management: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs and timelines
Analytical Depth: Interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external agencies

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is based on experience and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, participation in the 401(k) with company matching, and a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive at least 120 hours) plus 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is determined by role and location and may be adjusted by policy or legislation.
