Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Commission: $100 for each estimate completed by assigned sales representative
$200 additional bonus if the sale closes the same day
Monthly Bonus Potential: Earn up to $10,000 per month based on sales from leads
Weekly pay via direct deposit (one-week payroll delay)

Canvass neighborhoods to generate qualified roofing leads
Engage with homeowners and schedule appointments
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow‑up
Represent Roofing Pups with professionalism and a positive attitude
