Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Product Manager, HCP Professional Promotion, RYBREVANT®, located in Horsham, PA.

The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional education strategies for

RYBREVANT®

to ensure optimal customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for congress strategy and execution, developing content to lead peer-to-peer engagements and advisory boards. The product manager will work closely with internal partners, field sales, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities for Lung.

Key Responsibilities Include

Accelerate RYBREVANT® Growth Through Professional Education: Execute a professional education strategy — translating clinical differentiation into compelling HCP engagement programs that support brand objectives.

Innovate & Advance Medical Education Strategy and Tactics: Manage and continuously optimize a portfolio of medical education tactics — including speaker bureau content, conference programming, and evolving peer-to-peer initiatives — using insights and metrics to evolve approaches and maximize reach and impact.

Lead Agency Relationships and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for medical education agency partners, while collaborating closely with commercial, medical and field teams — obtaining actionable insights, aligning stakeholders and delivering programs that are compliant, on-brand, and on budget.

Qualifications
Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.

Experience with project management.

Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.

Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.

Preferred

Experience in field sales preferred.
