Junior Graphic Designer

Stella Contracting, Inc is a leading contracting company that specializes in commercial and residential construction projects. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team and help us elevate our brand and marketing efforts.

Position Overview:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and attract potential clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including print and digital materials, website design, social media graphics, and more. This is a full-time position, with a workload of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects

Create visually appealing graphics for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website design

Ensure all designs are in line with the company’s brand guidelines and standards

Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends to ensure our materials are innovative and engaging

Assist in the production and printing process of marketing materials

Provide support for other design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and techniques

Knowledge of print and digital design principles

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience with website design and social media graphics is a plus
