Approximately $35-$40/hr on W2
Schedule:
Remote Monday and Friday
Onsite Tuesday through Thursday
Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Manager to support residential clean heat and beneficial electrification programs. This role will assist with product support, program coordination, customer communications, marketing activities, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
Support clean heat product strategy under senior product leadership
Translate policy and regulatory requirements into program rules
Write and update program applications and supporting collateral
Support marketing campaigns and customer messaging
Coordinate with marketing communications teams to ensure message consistency
Support KPI tracking and reporting activities
Assist with data-driven decision making
Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the product lifecycle
Work with marketing, policy, and regulatory teams to support program implementation
Update customer-facing materials and documentation
Coordinate across teams to ensure programs are implemented correctly
Required Qualifications
0-3 years of experience in business, marketing, product support, or program support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic math and analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Business analytics experience
Residential HVAC exposure
Experience with residential insulation and air sealing services
Experience with weatherization offerings
Standard business hours
Collaborative and supportive team environment
