Senior Brand Manager
We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and passionate Senior Brand Manager to lead our Premium Brands portfolio. This role is instrumental in driving brand growth, managing portfolio performance, and delivering strong business results across market share, volume, and profitability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development of portfolio and brand strategies grounded in consumer insights and market trends
- Own and deliver brand performance across market share, volume, revenue, and profitability targets
- Drive innovation and execute impactful, end-to-end brand plans and campaigns
- Develop and implement 360 marketing activations across on-trade, off-trade, and key touchpoints
- Align all marketing activities with business objectives and global brand strategies
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities to strengthen brand equity and long-term value
- Optimise portfolio performance through effective commercial and channel mix strategies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, principals) to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation and return on investment

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in brand or marketing management within FMCG
- Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation, and commercial delivery
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Solid experience working with advertising and media agencies
- Strong analytical mindset with good understanding of consumer and market insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with a growth mindset
- Passion for premium brands; knowledge of the local beer industry is an advantage
