For our client, we are seeking a Sales Director Accelerator to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment.

Location: Frisco, TX - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $255,500 – $474,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Lead a specialized sales organization to drive adoption and revenue growth for key products
  • Execute a targeted Accelerator strategy to enhance product penetration
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to embed strategic sales priorities into operational plans
  • Generate and manage pipeline performance metrics with insights for senior leadership
  • Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable sales strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with multiple teams for cohesive execution of initiatives
  • Cultivate a high-performance sales culture driven by collaboration, accountability, and results

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in audit, accounting, or financial services sectors
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving product-specific growth initiatives
  • Excellent strategic thinking and commercial acumen with the ability to spot growth opportunities
  • Ability to inspire teams and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
