About The Role:
As a CBRE Corporate Communications Manager, you will oversee the strategy and execution of complex and high-profile internal communications for various internal groups and CBRE Cares (CBRE’s philanthropy, volunteering and community grants program), driving strategic communications and campaigns that support key business priorities and enhance employee engagement. As one of the primary consultants/advisors to department leaders, you will shape strategic messaging, develop compelling content across channels and use analytics to measure and improve outcomes.
This role operates with a high degree of independence and is part of the Corporate Communications job function, which drives messaging related to CBRE’s values, strategy and performance.
What You'll Do:
Serve as one of the primary consultants/strategic advisors to program and group leaders. Partner early to shape program design, positioning and communication approach.
Interact with business leaders to define communications strategies, review progress and seek feedback.
Lead strategy for internal communications channels and community platforms to foster connection and employee engagement.
Develop communication plans and campaigns that help create a highly engaged workforce, drive measurable behavior change and support program adoption.
Develop strategic messaging and content in support of program processes and initiatives, including compelling narratives and storytelling frameworks that translate complex initiatives into human-centered, engaging content.
Track engagement with content and report on analytics. Leverage data to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize communication strategies.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
May serve as a mentor to other team members and provide guidance to cross-functional partners as needed.
Explain difficult or sensitive information.
Able to perform job duties with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Persuasive communication skills and influencing style among various digital platforms. Expert editing skills.
Professional demeanor and within a large matrix environment preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
