Internal Communications Manager

Overview The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, visually compelling internal communications that support organizational clarity, alignment, and employee engagement. This role combines strategic communication planning with strong creative design capabilities to produce clear, consistent, and accessible messaging across multiple platforms. This position partners with leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities and initiatives into effective internal communications. The role is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing communication tools and platforms, including SharePoint, to ensure content is organized, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization’s brand and communication standards. The Internal Communications Manager plays a key role in strengthening organizational culture by improving information flow, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience through thoughtful communication and design.
