Program Supervisor – Residential & Supported Living
REM Community Services , a part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post‑permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Flexibility is required, including weekend shifts as scheduled. The role oversees the Residential Program in Maineville and the Supported Living Program in Cincinnati (ZIP 45229).

Schedule
Full‑time primary schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., 8‑hour administrative days. Final schedule to be determined.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and participate in a range of administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.

Provide direct support to individuals, assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

Balance direct support with program administrative activities and supervision responsibilities.

Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings and providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (proof required).

One year of related work experience.

Minimum age 18 years.

Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Other licensure or certification as required by regulatory authority.

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and clients.

Strong organizational skills to maintain staffing and schedules.
