Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the temporary Marketing Coordinator will support the Omni Commerce and Integrated Marketing Communications teams by managing budget tracking, processing purchase orders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shopper marketing and IMC budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting
Process and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and Media Authorization Forms (MAFs) across U.S. and Canada marketing programs
Track media spend, agency fees, production costs, and other marketing investments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, shopper marketing, sales operations, or marketing coordination
Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking
Experience working within SAP or similar enterprise financial systems
Strong Excel skills and comfort managing large budgets and detailed financial trackers
CPG, shopper marketing, retail, or omni-commerce experience preferred
