Product Marketing Manager – epocrates

Responsibilities Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all epocrates offerings, ensuring alignment with clinical and commercial audience needs.
Define positioning, differentiation, and value propositions across clinician and commercial audiences to drive adoption and engagement.
Develop and maintain messaging architecture and narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals and media buyers alike.
Lead product communications, including clinician- and client-facing releases, updates, and key announcements.
Create commercial sales frameworks and approved narratives, providing commercial guidance to support sales and agency partnerships throughout the sales and RFP lifecycle.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Ad Ops, and Strategy teams to ensure market and audience alignment across initiatives.
Lead clinician and client advisory groups, synthesizing insights to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing strategy, or a related role.
Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, ad tech, media, or platforms serving professional audiences.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling market narratives.
Strong understanding of go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and launch execution.
Comfort working across clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with healthcare providers, clinical workflows, or medical education.
Exposure to advertising products, media buying concepts, or sponsorship models.
Experience running advisory councils or customer research programs.
Familiarity with pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy.
Compensation Base salary range $105,000 – $179,000. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, variable compensation plan, and equity plans.
