Enrollment & Production Lead, Children's Choirs (Hybrid)

The ROME GROUP is looking for an Enrollment and Production Manager to manage enrollment and artistic aspects of four mainstage concerts annually. This full-time position requires leadership and collaboration with the Artistic and Executive Directors to achieve the organization’s mission of music excellence and character growth in children.
Our ideal candidate enjoys working with young people and is well-versed in music and production. Responsibilities include managing auditions and productions, engaging positively with staff, students, and families, and ensuring a positive environment.
