We’re building something special at Three Women and Me , and we’re looking for a Founding VP of Brand Partnerships & Advertising Sales to help lead our growth. This is not an entry‑level sales position. We’re looking for an experienced professional who understands the media landscape and has an established network within advertising agencies, media buyers, and national brands.

Ideal Candidate Experience

Advertising and media agencies

Television, streaming, podcast, or digital media sales

Brand partnerships and sponsorships

Integrated marketing programs

Building and managing agency and client relationships

Closing sponsorship and advertising deals

If you already have relationships with media buyers, brand marketers, and advertising agencies—and you’re excited about helping build a new national media platform from the ground up—we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation
This role begins as commission‑only, with the opportunity to transition into a base salary plus commission as revenue grows. We’re looking for someone who believes in building something meaningful with significant long‑term potential.
