Starting from $68,640 /Annum or Based on Experience

What We Ask:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, the Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations within their assigned site. The position oversees the medical, case management, administrative, and operations teams at their site.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Create a welcoming environment supportive of all races, genders, gender identity, religious affiliations and the like;

Supervise job performance of a variety of employees, interacting with other managers to ensure prompt and accurate feedback.

Oversee the safe and efficient running of a Site/Location. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring proper security protocols are in place, assuring appropriate staffing levels, and partnering with the management team to create a cohesive working environment.

Lead/delegate responsibility for regularly‑scheduled meetings, encouraging input from the team as well as delivering instructions, policy changes, and outlining areas for improvement.

Help create seamless alliance with outside constituents including but not limited to: Parole, Probation Officers, Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS), Project 180, mental health agencies, and primary care providers; and

Interact with law enforcement, PET, and other medical and mental health teams on behalf of the patient with a proficient understanding of Harm Reduction and Patient Retention.

With constant attention to Company’s objectives, assist in the establishment of policies and procedures to assure financial, mission, and safety objectives.

Confirm patients are receiving care as determined by the Department of Health Services (DHS).

Conduct chart audits ensuring the charts are up to Department of Health Services (DHS) and Company standards.

Adhere to the program and guidelines set forth by Office Diversion and Re‑Entry (ODR).

As an exempt position, the job may require evening and weekend work, as well as availability by phone. Total hours may regularly exceed 40; and

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent program management experience.

Experience working with the homeless, substance abuse, mental health/ with dual diagnosis population.

Work at a traditional housing facility preferred.

Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment

May necessitate working in busy and loud environment

Will be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise and odor

May need to bend, stoop, twist, and pick up heavy materials for short periods of time
