Owning the retention marketing strategy, the full-time Retention Marketing Manager will design and optimize customer engagement campaigns across Email, SMS, and other channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute retention marketing strategies, including onboarding and loyalty campaigns
Analyze and optimize campaigns through A/B testing to improve key retention KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys and experiences
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, Email Marketing, or Retention Marketing
Experience managing Email and SMS strategies for eCommerce or DTC brands
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo or Braze
Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into growth initiatives
Knowledge of Email and SMS compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
