Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content including graphics, short-form video, and written posts
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop and execute content strategies
- Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms using scheduling tools
- Edit video content using tools such as CapCut or similar software
- Design marketing assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Support occasional print and digital advertising initiatives
- Assist with special projects, including light website updates or design work
- Partner with team members to translate ideas into compelling visual and digital content
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time schedule
- Proficiency with Canva required
- Experience and strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an outgoing, team-oriented personality
