We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Marketing Director to join our premier Luxury Real Estate Team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing and communication skills, a strong eye for design, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This individual will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives while working closely with our team and outside vendors to ensure every listing and campaign is presented at the highest standard.
This is a hands-on role that combines marketing strategy, creative direction, project management, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all marketing initiatives for luxury property listings.
• Coordinate the creation of all marketing materials, including:
o Property brochures
o Email marketing campaigns
o Direct mail campaigns
o Website content
o Social media content
o MLS input and listing descriptions
o Property signage
o Copywriting
o Professional photography and videography
• Review and edit all marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand standards, and exceptional quality.
• Coordinate listing launches and marketing timelines from pre-listing through closing.
• Assist in planning and executing broker events, open houses, client events, and special marketing initiatives.
• Prepare listing presentation marketing materials.
• Draft professional client correspondence, letters, and emails.
• Coordinate property sign installations, removals, and maintenance.
• Prepare monthly marketing and advertising reports for clients.
• Track and maintain marketing budgets and expenses for each listing.
• Manage website updates and digital content.
• Serve as liaison with public relations firms and media partners regarding press opportunities and features.
• Conduct competitive market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury real estate marketplace.
• Assist with administrative projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, branding, graphic design, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry preferred (real estate license not required)
• Advanced proficiency in:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe InDesign
o Adobe Illustrator
o Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with MLS Matrix, Top Producer, and CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to producing exceptional results.

Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
