VP/SVP of Strategic Growth

Job Summary
The VP/SVP of Strategic Growth is a key member of Ipsos’ U.S. Growth Organization, tasked with driving growth across defined targets. The role reports to the President who oversees Strategic Growth and collaborates closely with senior stakeholders, including Service Line Leaders, Global Client Directors, and Service Line Client & Project teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain a successful supplier‑side sales record and embody the necessary hustle and attitude.

Leverage an already‑built relevant network to build business across service lines.

Build business across client buying points by working closely with Ipsos experts.

Actively engage on social media and externally in the industry to contribute to Ipsos’ reputation.

Understand the complexities and procurement processes of the assigned sector/focus area.

Stay current on industry and relevant trends.

Understand sector strategy and business challenges to develop strategic pursuit plans.

Penetrate, build, and nurture relationships in various parts of target client organizations.

Effectively communicate the Ipsos value proposition, adapting the message to attract new clients.

Collaborate with Ipsos service lines to develop plans and micro‑campaigns that engage new clients and stakeholders.

Track the sales process/pipeline and report on progress.

Build trust and relationships with new prospects quickly using knowledge, charisma, and skill.

Required Skills and Abilities

New Business Sales Experience: proven track record of building business and new client acquisition.

Strong Relevant Network: connected to a range of clients in the industry.

Social Media Savviness: visible as a senior industry expert.

Business and Commercial Acumen: able to converse with senior client professionals about their business and uncover solutions.

Internal and External Stakeholder Management: respectfulness and effectiveness in engaging internal teams for new business pursuits.

Knowledge of Ipsos’ Products and Services: confidence in speaking with the organization’s offerings.

Industry & Sector Knowledge: ongoing expertise within the tech sector.

Influence and Relationship‑building: collaborative, respectful, and productive in a matrixed environment.

Impactful Communication Skills: convey intelligence, trustworthiness, and a positive demeanor swiftly.

Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $220,000 to $260,000. Final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
