ADON Leader - Skilled Nursing Care (RN/LVN/LPN)

Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in daily operations of the nursing department in our skilled nursing facility. The ADON will lead the clinical team, promote a culture of excellence and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and coordinating resident care plans.
Qualifications include active RN/LPN/LVN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience with leadership preferred; EMR experience
