What You'll Do as a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor:

Support and oversee daily shift operations alongside the Shift Supervisor
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity
Coordinate workflows and ensure efficient production processes
Maintain compliance with safety, food safety, and company policies
Assist with scheduling, timecards, and real-time attendance tracking
Train, mentor, and support employee development and team success
Foster a positive, proactive work environment and reinforce company values
What You Need to Bring to the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Role:

Leadership or supervisory experience in production or manufacturing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and assist with conflict resolution
Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
Ability to manage schedules, attendance, and team performance
Reliable transportation to Little Falls, MN
Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen if required
