Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Downstream Marketing Manager to lead commercial marketing strategy for our medical device and dental seating portfolio. This role bridges product development and the field, translating clinical and technical value into compelling commercial programs that drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of healthcare commercial dynamics with hands‑on execution skills across messaging, sales enablement, and market launch.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, and messaging for the Brewer product portfolio

Translate clinical evidence and product features into customer‑facing value propositions for clinicians, healthcare administrators, and procurement teams

Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation to inform commercial plans

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

Lead cross‑functional launch planning for new products and indications, coordinating with R&D, regulatory, and sales

Manage the product lifecycle from launch through maturity, including pricing strategy input, line extensions, and end‑of‑life planning

Develop launch readiness materials, training content, and KOL engagement plans

Sales Enablement & Field Support

Create sales tools, collateral, clinical evidence summaries, and objection‑handling guides

Partner with sales leadership to deliver training on new products, procedures, and competitive positioning

Support key account engagements, conferences, and trade shows with marketing presence and materials

Brand & Demand Generation

Oversee development of marketing collateral, digital content, and campaign materials in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements

Manage relationships with external partners including creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, and distributors

Plan and execute participation in medical conferences, society meetings, and external sales meetings

Day‑to‑day management of company website and eCommerce sales channel

Voice of Customer & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Gather and synthesize customer and field insights to inform upstream product development roadmap

Collaborate closely with R&D, regulatory, and legal/compliance to ensure all customer‑facing materials comply with applicable commercial standards

Qualifications:
Required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field

5+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related regulated industry, including downstream/commercial marketing

Demonstrated success leading product launches and go‑to‑market campaigns

Strong understanding of the clinical and economic decision‑making process in a healthcare setting, including both hospitals and outpatient facilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical/clinical content into clear customer messaging

Experience with field travel and face‑to‑face customer engagement at both clinical and administrative levels

Familiarity managing CRM, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms

Preferred

MBA or other similar advanced degree

History of working within the medical/dental furniture segments

Prior application of AI‑driven marketing tactics to support commercial strategy development and sales enablement

Experience working with KOLs, physician advisory boards, and medical education programs

Background in Health Economics and Market Access

Physical / Mental Demands:

Lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
