This role is for a creative, customer‑obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial visual designer who is detail‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity.
Responsibilities
Create best‑in‑class visual design assets.
Translate business needs into design solutions and execute them.
Present concepts and produced work to stakeholders, including senior management.
Use performance data (metrics, usability studies) to guide future creative designs.
Apply usability principles to drive successful design.
Work cross‑team and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
Create motion designs that raise the bar.
Build creative in Figma.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of design experience.
Available online portfolio.
Knowledge of branding guidelines, visual design, print and digital layout for mobile and desktop.
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborated with cross‑functional teams.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and related design and production software.
Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
Understanding of web production process and familiarity with post‑production retouching.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with e‑commerce, search, social, and other major application types and their UX patterns.
Experience with motion design and video editing.
Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
Team environment delivery of high‑quality design solutions.
Relentlessly high standards.
Ability to define requirements, scope projects, and prioritize tasks independently.
Experience using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
Recognition of opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance, EAP, mental health support, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
