Responsibilities
Fielding customer inquiries, developing lasting commercial relationships and assisting in Business Development efforts
Oversee customer accounts, contract negotiations and profitability of existing NGL marketing business
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Targa management
Provide analytical support to Targa's Condensate Marketing group (TCM) to include constructing commercial and operational spreadsheets to inform, organize, and improve communication
Coordinate deliveries via truck, rail, pipeline, and barge with Transportation/Distribution Department
Monitor and manage inventory levels at plants and Mt. Belvieu
Conduct weekly contract performance reporting
Manage accounts receivable timeliness and credit limits with customer accounts.
Generate business performance reports
Participate in Targa’s morning trading meeting and Targa’s afternoon distribution meeting
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel by car or air, including nights and weekends
Ability to work a hybrid office/home schedule
Experience in using Microsoft Office, and related computer communication and analysis tools (Analysis using Microsoft Excel)
Regular and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of NGL/Crude scheduling experience
Familiarity with RightAngle
