The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Managing Director for its Intel account. This pivotal role is focused on driving end-to-end governance, execution rigor, and value realization across the account. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and execution leader, ensuring globally standardized execution, clear accountability, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include central program leadership, governance, and ownership of five pillars of excellence: operational, customer, commercial, performance, and strategic. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic and customer alignment, executive advisory, and decision support, as well as leading high-impact special projects.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, consulting, or customer-facing leadership roles. The role requires strong executive communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, customer-critical environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in semiconductor capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or global operations, and a background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise program leadership.
