This role provides hands‑on coordination and operational support across key marketing functions, including branded merchandise, trade shows and events, sponsorship requests, media memberships, creative production, literature fulfillment, digital assets, and co‑op program support. The position is responsible for managing day‑to‑day logistics, tracking inventory and requests, coordinating vendors and shipments, supporting internal and customer‑facing programs, and ensuring marketing materials and activities are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES Company Branded Items Coordination: Maintain and monitor the day‑to‑day operations of the company‑branded store program.
Coordinate inventory tracking, fulfillment, and internal distribution of promotional items.
Assist in the execution of internal engagement programs and the development of promotional tools for corporate departments.
Physically manage the marketing storage closet (Elkhart).
Coordinate the administrative execution of trade shows and industry events, including booth space applications, utility orders, carpet, and coordination with event management vendor partner including material handling and drayage forms.
Support event travel logistics by managing corporate hotel room blocks and coordinating badge distribution.
Manage logistics for physical event assets, including ordering promotional items, tracking literature inventory, and coordinating outbound and inbound freight shipping for booth displays and collateral with the exhibit vendor.
Prepare attendee packet information and support communications with attendees and booth visitors / customers.
Sponsorship & Rally support Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming small‑scale customer sponsorship, rally requests, and training event support.
Evaluate sponsorship requests against established company guidelines.
Coordinate fulfillment and timely delivery of approved sponsorship assets, banners, marketing collateral, and promotional prize kits to customers or account managers.
Maintain accurate records of sponsorship allocations and spending.
Media Planning & Memberships Support the processing of invoices and payments in accordance with established advertising contracts and schedules.
Manage renewals, tracking, and documentation for industry associations, media subscriptions, and memberships, primarily on an annual basis.
Creative Production Support: Assist the creative team with basic publishing, asset resizing, and text updates for existing sales literature, catalogs, flyers, and packaging using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Prepare and package finalized creative files for print production, ensuring accurate bleed, resolution, and format specifications.
Generate basic digital graphics, resized banners, and social media assets using pre‑approved brand templates and guidelines.
Other General support: Support literature inventory, fulfillment, and tracking through our customer literature portal.
Assist with digital asset organization and updates, including dealer toolkit support.
Support the co‑op program through processing, communication, tracking, and related administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2-5 years of experience in a marketing support, administrative, or coordinator role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) with a basic understanding of preparing files for print.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage strict deadlines and shifting physical logistics.
