Position Overview

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator. As a Relationship Manager II within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in the Greater Ft. Worth Market. The role is in‑office and requires engagement with clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
Responsibilities

Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and share of wallet.
Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while managing risk/return and driving quality.
Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non‑credit products and services.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
Provide client insights and ideas based on an understanding of their financial well‑being.
Drive client engagement and loyalty across the full range of PNC’s products.
Build and maintain internal and external networks to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
Use reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.
Analyze and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education, certification, and experience).
Experience: 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience in business banking or related field.
Skills: Book of business management, client relationship building, credit processes, credit products, customer engagement, decision making, financial analysis, and sales prospecting.
Competencies: Business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, critical thinking, effective communication, and technology proficiency.
Certifications/ licensure: None required (specific certifications may be considered).
