Position Summary
The Graphic Design Senior Specialist is part of the Creative and Marketing Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by designing and producing print and digital marketing collateral and advertising materials, supporting the vision by achieving brand and trend-forward style across all marketing materials and projects.

Additional Information

This is a permanent full-time position.

This role participates in our hybrid schedule at the headquarters office.

Hybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays; 2 days working remotely. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays; 3 days working in the headquarters office.

Our Headquarters office is located at 7630 Bisycane Blvd. Miami FL 33138.

This position requires independent judgment, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high design standards across all deliverables.

This position collaborates closely with the Creative, Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams and cross‑functional departments to translate business objectives into visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and elevate brand presence.

Major Duties Include

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development, execution, and management of high‑quality visual design assets that support marketing initiatives across the company’s real‑estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

This role requires a strong balance of creative design capability and strategic execution, producing materials across digital and print platforms, including marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, sales materials, and internal communications.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Familiarity with AI‑based design tools (such as generative imagery, layout assistance, or asset enhancement).

Designs and produces printed materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, business cards, signage, etc.

Designs and produces digital material such as emails, company website content, social media posts, etc.

Consistently produces a high volume of quality work while meeting approval deadlines, and presents creative work to the team for feedback.

Manages projects from idea to implementation using timelines, project‑management software, and appropriate follow‑up.

Fulfills printed material requests by operating the in‑house printer.

Enhances images by color correcting and resizing photographs.

Brainstorms and translates strategic direction from the Creative and Marketing team to produce high‑quality designs within an established brand identity.

Obtains price quotes from external vendors for materials, printing, etc.

Engages in research by reviewing trade publications, websites, and competitor material to remain at the forefront of emerging design trends and tools.

Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi‑weekly time and attendance records.

Actively participates in all one‑on‑one and group meetings.

Performs other duties assigned.

Promotes our FOH® culture in all interactions.

Education, Experience, and Computer Skills

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in graphic design or closely related field.

Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

Proficient in AI design tools for efficient improvement of creative processes.

Familiar with project‑management software.
