Construction Personnel Group is seeking a motivated Talent Attraction Specialist to own full lifecycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a trusted talent consultant to the business, building pipelines and sourcing candidates across assignments.
In this role you will develop relationships with industry players, use cold calling to generate candidates, and drive negotiations to close offers while promoting diversity and the brand across the team.
