Job Summary
The Trade Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing activities to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across all channels. This role works closely with sales, brand teams, and distributors to ensure effective in‑market execution of campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives

Coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising initiatives

Ensure timely rollout of campaigns across all trade channels

Monitor and maintain brand visibility standards in retail outlets

Coordinate the production and distribution of POS (Point of Sale) materials

Conduct market visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines

Work closely with the sales team to support promotional activities and product launches

Track and report on promotion performance and in‑market execution

Assist in developing tools and materials to support sales teams

Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer insights

Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and trade activities

Maintain accurate records of trade spend and budgets

Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics)

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers

Support distributor engagement and execution of trade initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

2–3 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales, or a related role

Experience in FMCG or distribution environment is an asset

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Valid driver’s license (preferred for field visits)

Working Conditions

Combination of office‑based work and frequent field visits

Occasional weekend or after‑hours work for activations and events
