Director - Corporate Security Partnerships

For our client, we are seeking a Director - Corporate Security Partnerships to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $214,400 – $315,500 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global partnership strategy for corporate security

Collaborate with Marketing on joint value propositions and co-marketing efforts

Train partner sales teams on the company’s products and differentiators

Identify and onboard priority partners with repeatable success processes

Coordinate strategic planning with partners for product positioning

Define KPIs to measure partner productivity and pipeline impact

Collaborate with internal teams to align partner motions with product roadmaps

Act as the voice of the partner to address corporate security workflow challenges

Serve as a thought leader on AI's impact on the corporate security industry

Qualifications

10+ years in corporate security or related vendor experience

In-depth knowledge of buyer personas and competitive landscape in corporate security

Skilled in demonstrating AI-powered SaaS platforms

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Hands-on approach to both strategy and execution

Willingness to travel as necessary
