Job Summary
The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assists in establishing short and long term goals and strategic planning.

Collaborates with others to create new and expanded programs.

Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders.

May supervise program staff.

Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities, and assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.

Assists in identifying funding opportunities.

Plans, implements and evaluates programs.

Prepares reports on program activities.

Develops and updates training materials and delivers training.

Additional Responsibilities

Compiles program statistics.

Collect, manage and quality control of data; initiate surveys and drafts of programmatic reports.

Create requisitions and reconciliation of grant expenses as needed.

Conduct recruitment; establish measures for research participant retention.

Assist with the coordination of all grant activities related to contractual obligations, mandated goals and objectives, performance measures, and implementation of working partnerships.

Conduct literature review and research on sexual assault and domestic violence.

Develop and disseminate research questionnaires.

Coordinates program communications and marketing as needed.

Minimum Requirements

Education

– Bachelor’s degree.

Experience

– Four years of related experience.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience

Master’s degree (general).

Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:

Word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Demonstrated strong writing and verbal skills.

Ability to:

Present information clearly and concisely.

Multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Communicate effectively with all segments of the campus community.

Preferred Knowledge and Abilities

Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.

Multitask, prioritize, and work with deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality.

Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, SPSS, spreadsheet and database applications.

License/Professional Certification -

None.
