Description

Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and executing TST’s marketing initiatives across digital, event, and brand channels. This role focuses on coordinating campaigns, managing content and collateral, supporting events and conferences, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

This position works closely with leadership, sales, and external vendors to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
Marketing Execution & Coordination

Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns

Manage and update marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables

Support content creation for email campaigns, social media, website updates, and internal communications

Coordinate printing, shipping, and fulfillment of marketing materials and swag

Brand & Content Management

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets

Assist with creation and maintenance of sales collateral, presentations, and proposal materials

Support website content updates and basic SEO initiatives

Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and documentation

Events, Conferences & Sponsorships

Coordinate planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, client events, and internal events

Coordinate logistics, including registrations, travel materials, signage, swag, and booth assets

Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activities

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with sales and leadership to support lead generation efforts

Track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting

Coordinate with vendors, designers, and partners as needed

Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

2 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and common marketing tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a B2B or technology-focused environment

Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools

Basic graphic design or content creation experience

Event planning or trade show experience
