Our client, a big name in the ride share and delivery business is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join their team for a long term contract. The ideal candidate will have a very high attention to detail, asset management skills, experience with quality assurance & proofreading creative assets, CRM campaign experience, and fluency in digital media and performance metrics.

Hybrid NYC - ONSITE Tues/Wed/Thurs

Rate - $50/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain status trackers, confidently managing hundreds of deliverables for campaigns.

Manage agendas, meeting notes, and action items to ensure clear next steps with consolidated feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead multiple projects simultaneously through hands‑on collaboration.

Gather and organize essential inputs for campaign creative development (e.g., brand assets, promotional details, store lists).

Maintain and update central program and partner documents, such as review decks for creative approvals or leadership updates.

Assist in weekly CRM deployment preparations, including compiling BLOC links, updating legal templates, and attending deployment meetings.

Collect audience bullseyes, store UUIDs, and other inputs for campaign launches.

Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets, copy, and CTA links.

Support Media CHS and Media Reviews, ensuring deliverables align with requirements.

Create weblinks for merchant‑specific creative executions.

Perform weekly QA for paid social assets to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills.

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator in a creative environment.

Solid understanding of creative production processes across digital channels.

Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of creative projects internally and externally.

Experience working with designers, copywriters, and brand marketing teams.

Familiarity with CRM and social creative standards and best practices.

Strong proficiency in G‑Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Calendar).

Experience with CRM and digital campaigns; working with tech marketing teams or agencies is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail, particularly under tight deadlines.

Self‑motivated and an enthusiastic team player with a sense of humor and composure in challenging situations.
