Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be the dedicated marketing coordinator for Flat Branch Bank, the sister company of Flat Branch Home Loans. The Marketing Coordinator will also spend about 20-30% of their time assisting with Flat Branch Home Loans projects. They will manage incoming marketing requests, current open tickets and assist other coordinators with the pipeline. The ideal candidate is a team player who can coordinate in many areas, including project coordination, delegating of tasks, communicating, and collaborating with other departments, and presenting to referral partners and loan officers. The Marketing Coordinator will also manage and create graphics, including print and digital designs, for Flat Branch Bank in collaboration with our graphic design team. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will work directly with the President of Flat Branch Bank and the Director of Marketing to meet any other marketing needs.
Requirements

Create and manage ticket requests in the project management software, including assigning tickets to other team members with support from the Coordinator Lead & Sr. Coordinator
Triaging unassigned tickets as needed
Meet regularly with the President of Flat Branch Bank and Director of Marketing
Update master databases in conjunction with other coordinators
Coordinate one-on-one marketing meetings with loan officers and referral partners
Respond to incoming project requests and maintain status updates throughout the project
Collaborate with graphic designers on marketing requests
Create print and digital designs, including flyers, postcards, social and web graphics
Update contacts and marketing materials in our CRM
Creating deployments with support of our Digital Marketing Specialist
Edit existing graphic design templates as needed
Assist with coordinating FB Bank & FBHL events
Maintain open communication throughout the entire process with Flat Branch Bank & FBHL operations, area managers and the marketing team members
Collaborating with Marketing Assistant as needed with invoicing and promotional orders
Support Flat Branch Bank with print, digital and social marketing strategy
Coordinate Photo & Video for Flat Branch Bank with Media Coordinator & Field Producer
Manage and track invoicing in collaboration with other coordinators
Any other tasks and projects that are assigned
Qualifications & Skills

1-2+ Experience in Marketing or related field(s), or college degree equivalent preferred
Intermediate level with Adobe Creative Suite, including proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Independent work style yet comfortable collaborating with others
Strong project management skills, time management skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a broad range of employee segments across the company, including senior leadership
Creative problem-solving skills and initiative with attention to detail
Handles constructive criticism from clients and team
Ability to travel > 5% of time
