The Assistant Outfitter role offers a roadmap to become a full Outfitter in a short time. Non‑negotiable attributes include:
Understanding and knowledge of the off‑road community
Ability and desire to stand for long periods (no cozy desks)
Love to work and play in all weather conditions
Attitude of Southern hospitality and gratitude
Occasional travel to outdoor events and participation in those events
Mobility and flexibility
A strong love for the great outdoors and natural world
