Overview
We are seeking a Creative Marketing / Project Manager to sit at the center of digital acquisition and email communications initiatives. This role ensures flawless, scalable execution of marketing campaigns by connecting strategy, creative, and production into a cohesive, efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate enjoys bringing together complex inputs and turning them into organized, actionable, high-quality deliverables. This person will confidently manage end-to-end campaigns across multiple products while balancing email initiatives, creative assignments, and partner inputs to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of multiple, often simultaneous, email and digital campaigns, including schedules, workflow, budgets, routing, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across major media channels.

Maintain a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and digital channels to ensure all creative work aligns with a consistent customer experience.

Serve as the operational hub for cross-functional alignment, partnering with strategy, portfolio, media, analytics, and external agencies to keep work moving with clarity and accountability.

Manage Workfront with a high level of attention to detail and organization.

Coordinate creative development, approvals, stakeholder communications, and campaign execution activities.

Review and quality-check final creative assets prior to launch.

Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

Prior agency experience required; experience supporting a financial institution is strongly preferred.

Must be based in Minnesota and able to work onsite at least three days per week.

4+ years of recent digital and email marketing experience managing creative campaigns.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thoroughly review and quality-check final creative before launch.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Calm, collaborative partner who can confidently manage cross-channel initiatives and work with a wide range of stakeholders.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience with Workfront preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Knowledge of marketing campaign execution, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working with agencies, product teams, media teams, analytics teams, and external partners.

Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus.

MBA or other demonstrated markers of high achievement are a plus.
