Responsibilities Collects and interprets data to produce reports.
Conducts special projects.
Coordinates meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements.
Composes correspondence and other documentation as needed.
Frequently uses personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc.
Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities.
Preferred Skills & Experience Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills.
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data.
Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
Additional experience supporting multiple senior executives in a large, fast‑paced corporate environment while managing complex, competing priorities.
Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and increase productivity.
Proven track record of anticipating executive needs, exercising sound judgment, and proactively resolving issues with minimal direction.
Experience building strong partnerships and communicating effectively with senior executives, executive assistants, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Exposure to or interest in marketing, brand, communications, events, advertising, social media, or related business functions.
Location Expectations This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Compensation Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21.
