What You'll Do
As a Roadmap Product Marketing Manager at Docusign, you will serve as the strategic voice of the product's future, bridging product innovation with market demand. This individual‑contributor role reports to the Director of Roadmap and Innovation Marketing.

Responsibilities

Drive development and maintenance of internal and external product roadmaps, managing tailored cuts for different audiences to ensure alignment with product strategy and market needs.

Translate complex features and technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.

Manage and execute all communications related to roadmap updates, milestones, and strategic shifts, building a strategic cadence and engaging content drumbeat to present our vision to customers.

Gather and synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap prioritization.

Coordinate cross‑functional efforts to support product launches, growth initiatives, and sales enablement programs.

Support product naming, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across all internal and external communications.

Analyze existing workflows and trackers to identify inefficiencies, recommend and implement best practices for enhanced productivity and streamlined release management.

Develop and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of roadmap communication and release processes, providing data‑driven reports for continuous improvement.

Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be a weekly in‑office expectation.)

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech product marketing, with experience in complex sales cycles and IT buyer personas.

Experience in product marketing and program management/operations, leading complex marketing programs and GTM initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or relevant Master's degree.

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions. Proven ability to build relationships, influence without direct authority, and drive consensus across diverse, cross‑functional teams.

Strategic mindset connecting product features to market trends and business objectives. Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics into actionable insights.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute with minimal supervision.

Proactive problem‑solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Thrives in rapidly evolving environments, adapting to changing priorities and navigating ambiguity.

Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level marketing and project management tools.

Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

California: $119,100.00 - $184,700.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York (including NYC metro area): $114,600.00 - $163,725.00 base salary

Other regions may have different ranges based on applicable legislation.

Bonus Eligibility

Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on pre‑established sales goals.

Non‑Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
