We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer with strong expertise in WordPress development to design, develop, and maintain a modern, accessible, and scalable web platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, responsive web solutions that meet accessibility standards and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in web application development, systems analysis, and programming.
Strong experience with:
WordPress Development
PHP
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
Experience implementing website accessibility standards (WCAG AA).
Understanding of website security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with software design patterns and web architecture.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with Elementor or similar page builders.
Experience working with translation/localization frameworks.
Knowledge of Google Analytics integration.
Familiarity with managed WordPress hosting environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
