Content Moderator
You're a natural problem-solver who's good with people. You know how to listen to what someone's really asking for (not just what they're saying), and you can explain solutions in a way that makes sense. You stay calm under pressure, you're detail-oriented enough to keep information accurate, and you genuinely care about leaving customers better off than when they reached out. Review content (Video, Image, and Text) and conduct quality control, ensuring the content complies with local policies and regulations. Become and remain knowledgeable about online community standards. Interpret and apply complex policies and guidelines to content. Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality. Escalate issues outside of the company policy.
Required: High school diploma or GED. Strong computer navigational skills. Interpret and apply complex polices and guidelines to content. Become and remain knowledgeable about online community standards. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional listening/comprehension skills. Ability to handle viewing graphic and potentially disturbing content. Ability to react quickly and effectively with high attention to detail and fast learning ability. Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality. High level engagement. Possess a high level of professionalism. Good understanding of social media pop culture. Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skills.
