Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.50

$21.50 per hour
Shift: Days- 6:45am - 6:45pm. 2/2/3 schedule and rotating Sunday Day Shift

8 hours 6:45am - 2:45pm
Night Shift 6:45pm - 6:45am 2/2/3 schedule and rotating Sunday Night Shift

8 hours 10:45pm - 6:45pm with rotating Sundays

What's a typical day as Production Technician? You'll be:
Assisting in all areas of the production facility with hands-on manufacturing duties
Operating, starting up, shutting down, and maintaining de-flashing units and other production equipment
Ensuring safety is your top priority and strictly following all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Using carts, electric pallet jacks, pneumatic and electric tools, bin lifters, and scan guns
Performing equipment safety checks and supporting the site's safety program
Supporting the movement of materials from inspection/assembly lines to warehouse staging areas
Completing product and equipment changeovers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
Occasionally training other team members on unit operations
Entering data into electronic databases and HMI systems as needed
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues independently or as part of a team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
Bring previous manufacturing or production experience, with machine operation or assembly experience
Are comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Demonstrate a "safety-first" mindset, strong accountability, and a positive, energetic attitude
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Are able to lift up to 30 lbs. and sit for extended periods as needed
Have strong computer skills and are familiar with manual and automated controls
Can read and follow standard operating procedures in English and have basic math skills
Are dependable, detail-oriented, and have good judgment in asking for help and working as part of a team
