What You'll Do
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities
Analyze financial data and identify trends to support business decisions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
Support internal and external audits
Maintain fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and internal controls
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
CPA designation or CPA track is a plus but not required
