LMI is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day execution of enterprise marketing and communications activities. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to contribute across a variety of initiatives including digital communications, content development, events, reporting, and team operations.

Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support

Draft first‑pass communications, summaries, and other content using AI‑enabled tools and platforms.

Support social media activities, including content scheduling, basic drafting, channel monitoring, and community management as needed.

Produce recurring team updates and marketing summaries by gathering data and synthesizing information from across the Marketing team.

Monitor and triage requests submitted through shared marketing channels, ensuring inquiries are routed appropriately and responded to in a timely manner.

Enterprise Resource Channel Stewardship

Maintain and refresh Marketing team content across internal channels (intranet, employee resource sites).

Monitor content for accuracy and freshness, proactively identifying opportunities to archive, update, or publish new materials.

Support the organization and accessibility of marketing assets and resources.

Enterprise Events & Engagement

Assist with planning and execution of some small‑scale internal events, including communications, logistics, setup, breakdown, and coordination with enterprise partners.

Coordinate biannual employee headshot sessions and related communications.

Team Operations & Reporting

Gather and compile marketing metrics and operational data to support monthly and recurring reporting requirements.

Track and maintain industry memberships, renewals, contacts, and related stakeholder communications.

Manage records and communications associated with corporate giving activities.

Support ad hoc projects and administrative initiatives that help enable the success of the broader Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

2–4 years of professional experience in marketing or a corporate environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and collaboration tools is preferred.

Interest in and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and content development.

Proactive, collaborative, and service‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
