Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. Salary range is $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year. Starting annual on-target earnings can be up to $200,000. The final salary is based on skills, knowledge and demonstrated expertise. Commission structure is uncapped with unlimited earning potential.

Job Overview
The Account Executive (Automotive Digital Marketing) will manage the sales process from initial call to closing business. You will engage decision makers at automotive dealerships, challenge prospects with new ideas, and promote our analytics‑driven services. This role focuses on consultative selling and requires understanding how our service solutions benefit clients.

Responsibilities
You will work directly with the Sales Enablement team to build a targeted prospect list, focus on highest‑potential accounts, continuously refine the list with Sales Operations, and maintain expertise in market opportunities.

Drive outreach based on a curated list of dealer prospect targets, developed with Sales Operations to maximize impact

Prospect via cold calls and emails

Maintain high daily activity: calls, presentations, proposals, and follow‑ups

Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and develop account‑specific strategies

Deliver tailored virtual sales presentations

Collaborate with internal teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close

Track all sales activity in HubSpot

Focus on closing new business

This is a remote position. You may have the opportunity to develop business outside of your immediate geographic area.

Qualifications
MUST HAVES:

5+ years of demonstrated sales success: prospecting, lead discovery, and winning business

Ability to demonstrate value of a service-oriented solution and understand how our services benefit clients

Experience working in the automotive industry—particularly within a dealership—provides a strong advantage

Experience prospecting through high‑volume cold calls and emails; ability to maintain consistent daily outreach activity

Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing and access to a motor vehicle

Required to travel as needed

3+ years of CRM experience—maintaining an organized and detailed sales pipeline

Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of a team

NICE TO HAVES:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Google Analytics certification

3+ years experience selling digital marketing or related services or products

3+ years experience selling into the automotive industry

3+ years of HubSpot CRM experience
