We are seeking a Proposal Senior Coordinator
The role will involve supporting various initiatives within the Marketing Department and is a hybrid position requiring 2‑3 days a week on site at an EisnerAmper office. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with excellent interpersonal, execution, research, writing, and organizational skills.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:

Planning, strategizing, and executing proposal documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for prospects and clients

Incorporating the latest technologies, including AI (Claude, ChatGPT), to enhance the proposal process and increase efficiency

Drafting proposal responses based on insight from prospect meetings and RFP requirements

Collaborating with internal team members on proposal win themes

Editing and compiling the final proposal documents and preparing for submission, delivery, and tracking

Organizing and maintaining critical databases of proposal content, including firm statistical details, services, industry experience, case studies, and other related data

Working closely with operations, technical, and service area subject matter experts to gather information required for proposal development

Translating and communicating technical material and concepts into content that is accessible for audiences with mixed levels of expertise

Developing prospect meeting presentations, booklets, and other marketing collateral

Recording proposals in process in the proposals pipeline once issued

Communicating with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern

A Successful Candidate For This Position:

Assists co‑workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Performs other services as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, accounting, business administration, or related field required

2+ years of proposal experience (RFP Government and/or Advisory experience preferred)

Knowledge and experience using proposal software (Qvidian, Templafy, Storydoc)

Experience with AI in the proposal process

Preferred / Desired Qualifications:

Strong business writing/AP style preferred

Professional services experience a plus

Extensive experience with MS Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint required; other marketing computer software and online applications a plus

Prior proposal experience preferred; experience responding to Government proposals a plus

Good understanding of marketing principles, sales philosophy, and the accounting industry

Well‑organized with a customer‑oriented approach

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Critical and analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities

Minimal travel
